NATURE OF WORK/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capacity Development.

Supporting the Training and Capacity development cell in implementing skilling activities for teachers and field Staff in the state.

Support Central Team in preparation of training calendar for the state after consultations with RPM.

Lead training and capacity building workshops/programs for teachers and field staff;

Travelling to field locations to impart training and Training need analysis within assigned state.

Update capacity gap indicators.

Developing Model schools in each block of project location;

Assisting RPM in developing and managing training budgets.

Utilize a rigorous process of defining requirement and project. Provide necessary inputs to project units as required for efficient planning and implementation.

Monitoring and evaluation.

Evaluation and assessment of the Project staff are made through Weekly reports, Monthly reports and quarterly reports of the activities in the center.

Maintain proper coordination with the Management.

Maintain stock register and proper distribution of the things according to the need of children.

Prepare Counselling reports and case studies.

Duties include: Program implementation; Scheduling of activities; Coordination of participants; Transport and Supervision of participants to and from activities; Operating on a monthly budget.

To attend workshop/ seminar related to NGOs/ VOs.

Project implementation and project assessment.
