Controlling RFID BASED DOOR LOCK SYSTEM USING ARDUINO- to assemble model of a Door lock system and write a program using ARDUINO Programming to open lock only with the specified RFID & EM Reader combination and alert when wrong key is attempted.
MODELLING AND ANALYSIS OF A SUBSOILER- to model a Subsoiler using CREO Parametric and analyze it using Creo Simulate and optimize design for minimum stress concentration.
DESIGNING a SLIDER-CRANK MECHANISM using the “Mech Designer” software and acquiring displacement, velocity and acceleration profiles.
DESIGNING PARABOLIC SOLAR COLLECTOR and optimizing its area for same heat output.
MODELLING SHELL & TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER using CATIA, analyzing and optimizing it using ANSYS under severe operating conditions.
DEVELOPED PROTOTYPE MODELS:
Developed and Presented prototypes at Working Model Exhibition conducted at MIC College on the eve of 45th&46th Engineer’s Day, 2013 & 2014:
WIND MILL PUMP for ground water to save electric power.
STAIR CLIMBING ROBOT for climbing the stairs while carrying loads.
