Working with Monad Design Consultancy in Aminjikarai, Chennai for the past 8 months as a Designer

PROJECT DETAILS:

Tittle : Multi Level Car parking(MLCP).

Description : Design project was done on the topic “Multi Level Car Parking”. The designed MLCP is of 4 levels with slabs connected with a 1x1m sq column with 10m c/c distance. It was designed to accommodate 36 number of cars in each level. In order to reduce the space and increase the number of cars parked at each levels. A 45 degree parking layout was preferred. Mechanical elevators of 4 numbers are provide to elevate the cars to different levels and also to bring down the cars from different levels.

Tittle : Flexural behavior of cold formed steel section.

Description : An attempt has been made in order to study the property of cold formed steel and flexural behavior of a channel section (200x80x2.5mm )back to back. If the steel section length is 1.5m .To fix with experimental setup and place the strain indicator in every 0.5m and apply the load gradually to calculate the values and plot the graphs. It is also evaluated theoretically. To compare both experimentally and theoretically.

ACHIVEMENTS:

Civil simplified 2k14 participated on (Bridge Design Work shop) in Anna University, Chennai.

Secured “Second place” in Poster Presentation conducted at Anna University Chennai.

Secured participation certificate Confloat in Anna University Chennai .

Enthusiastically participated as program Organizer lead and Decoration committee head events inCONSTRO 2k14,2k15 a National level Technical symposium held In our college . INDUSTRIAL VISIT:

Undergone Inplant training at Water Treatment Plant-Cemberumbakkam Lake at Porur, Chennai.

Undergone inplant training in Sewage Treatment Plant at Perungudi, Velacherry, Kancheepuram.

Visited SRM Construction Site.

Mini project has done in the Site at Velacherry, Chennai. Extra-curricular activities:

Won prizes in all Athletic events held at District level .

Achieved winner place in Foot Ball competition held in college.

Won first place in 400x400 Relay
