Planned and created work packs, weld maps, and As built isometric drawings for Modular dock & Marine Pipeway Construction.

Calculated, ordered, and performed PMI on all GTAW (TIG) Process materials for the Project.

Negotiated cost, scheduled, and managed the qualification of welders at testing lab, created and issued Stencils to all qualified welders, reviewed WPS, WPQ’s and ensured that, BW groove, fit up, welding, and cleaning were completed per WPS and ASME B31.3 Code

Created work packs/planning, Heavy Lift Plans, Supervised, and coordinated all rigging activities abroad onshore at The LNG Refinery(downstream) in Angola, Africa and offshore(upstream) in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa.
