I have an abundance of knowledge and hands on experience to include all aspects of landscaping and building maintenance, to include concrete, block wall, stucco, drywall, plumbing, electrical install and repair. I am an experienced equipment operator to include backhoe, excavator, front end loader, skid steer, forklift and motor grader.

Throughout the years I have owned and operate my own companies and supervised land development, new construction of commercial properties and residential development to include ongoing maintenance for several large construction companies in California, Nevada, Arizonia, and Colorado.

1/2015 to 9/2015 Chip an Dales Landscaping. Operations Manager

Manager in charge of landscape construction overseeing 8 landscape crews

Ordering of materials, scheduling work loads for each crew on a daily basses.

Meeting with homeowners and resolving any problems with install and

warrenty issues. I had no intention of resigning my position but a serious family

requied me to take time off to resolve.

6/2013 to 2/2014 First Service Residential Nevada. Field Operations Manager.

Performed the same duties as when I worked for Excellence Community

Management (see below). Excellence Management was acquired by

First Services Residential. My position was eliminated

5/2008 to 6/2013 Excellence Community Management. Field Operations Manager.

Manager in charge of overseeing all aspects of site work at Anthem Country

Club before being relocated at Aliante Master Association. Duties included

overseeing landscape maintenance operation, site inspections, construction

repairs to include concrete sidewalks, painting, lighting, and installation of new

of new amenities. Worked with the Board of Directors in preparing RFP’s and

awarding bids for work to be done. Inspected residences for violations and

corrective action.

10/2002 to 102007 American Nevada Co. Construction Superintendent.

Site development of the Aliante Master Planned Community in North Las Vegas.

Duties included overseeing wet and dry utilites, grading, street improvements

Blockwalls, wrought iron fences, sidewalks, and landscape installation. Worked

with contractors to include scheduling, contracts, and payments. Directed

turnover from development to HOA Board. Project completed.

2000 to 2001 Walters Golf. Landscape Superintendent for Bali Hai Golf Club.

Worked with construction and landscape contractors during install of the golf

course during construction. Oversee of grow in with golf personnel for first year

of operation. Projected completed.

1995 to 2000 Colorscape Landscape Services. Co-owner

Worked with commercial and home builders. This included design work, site

supervison, purchasing, and contracts. Our company was involved in several

high end projects including Desert Pines Golf Club and several multi family

in Nevada, California, Arizonia, and Colorado. Partnership dissolved.

1988 to 1995 Torino Construction Company. Site Superintendent.

On site field supervisor duties include design, purchasing, field grow contracts of plant material as needed for projects and insuring timely delivery. Overseeing

development of multi-family and commercial properties in Nevada, California,

Arizonia, and Colorado. Formulated in house crews for sidewalk, block wall,

Landscape install and ongoing site management to include both site work and

building maintenance. Resigned to state own business.

1986 to 1988 RJ Landscape. Landscape Coordinator

Duties included estimating, purchasing, and field operations. Business closed.

1985 to 1986 Schulman Development. Site Development Manager for Citi-Bank Park.

Duties included contract grow and install of landscape at “The Park Commercial

Project”. Contract grow was acquired from nurseries in Arizonia and California Project completed.
