Job Responsibilities are as follows:
Coordinating and handling, the Correspondence with, Head Office, Area Service Centers, Area Service Providers, & Direct dealers to meet various service parameters.
Auditing the TCR copies of ASP claims.
Handling Escalated & Blog cases on priority basis.
Doing weakly Dealer survey & taking stock set damaged availability for SRN or Insurance Claim.
Maintaining O+P, Spare, B2B for smooth running of ASP.
Processing monthly claim for ASP.
Checking Spare part availability in Inventory Review.
Dealer Survey: Checking the Dealer satisfaction by taking rating feedback from the dealers & sub dealers regarding the services provided for ASC and ASP Service Evaluation & to ensure that calls are attended on time & no Dealer Stock set is pending for repair.
Working on MSL of ASP every month to avoid any shortage of part pendency.

Software Data Maintenance: Registering the complaint, closing the calls entered by ASCs, updating the payment calls data of ASC and ASP in ERP which is a customized CRM, package for LG.
Resolving the calls forwarded by H.O. Happy Calls. Coordinating with ASC & Logistics for resolving the Replacement cases.
Checking Spare part availability in Inventory Review.
