• Movile Innovation Product Analyst since march/2016 The innovation area is very dinamic and defiant. What I do is to think of a new product, help the developers to draw its flow, test it, plan the entire social media and check the performance, so we can decide if the product has a strong potencial to be launch. Some of my tests, I could reach 20% CTR (click through rate) and R$0,09 CPA (cost per action), which are great values for a product in test.

• Movile White Label Product Analyst july/2015 to march/2016 As a member of Product Management team, my role is to create mobile application together with the IT and design team, aiming to deliver the best final product to users. I work at White Label area, developing apps for Brazilian carriers (telecom). Part of my time, I spent focusing on innovation to create new applications and the rest of time I attend to the demands of carriers and solving problems with the IT team.

• Easy Taxi Serviços S.A. Marketing Internship march/2015 to June/2015 Responsible for planning and executing CRM strategies and actions (both for passengers and taxi drivers), developing online and offline marketing campaigns and support in the development of email marketing.

• Pegada Certa (Start up) Marketing Internship abril/2014 to december/2014 Since the company is a start up and has few employees, I did not have a fixed job position. I performed all kinds of activities within the company, such as prospecting partnerships, market research and recruitment. It was a very enriching experience, since I learned to deal with uncertainties, to help people and learn from mistakes.

• ESPM Jr. Marketing Consultant october/2013 to april/2014 During my participation at ESPM Jr., my team and I developed a business plan. The client was an insurance company and wanted to innovate in its sector. In a group of 5 people, we conducted a project with exploratory study, research, diagnosis and recommendations to the client. It was my first professional experience and I learned to be resilient and professional.
