LM Wind Power Blades India Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, India, Jan.2012-June 2015 Executive-Operations - Led and managed 150-member team for production of wind turbine blades. Responsible for productivity and quality improvement projects. Involved in raw material localization and supply quality and vendor development for raw material imports reduction.

Production ramp up - Brought down cycle time from 72hrs to 18hrs impacting productivity resulting in 75% reduction in cycle time.

Involved in process improvisation and cost reduction drives meeting the direct material waste reduction target of €5/kg and indirect material spend target of €80/meter while ensuring high efficiency levels.

Chosen to drive a Six Sigma Green Belt project across the organisation for man hour’s reduction from 700manhours/unit to 590manhours/unit resulting in direct labour cost reduction of €210/blade and an annual cost benefit of €3 million.
