Created enews to supplement print content with no budget. Doubled circulation in one year and transitioned enews to twice a month, with a 30% open rate and 20-25% click-through rate.

Supervised transition of layout, design, and production to offshore vendor, resulting in significant savings.

Responsible for publication’s booth exhibit: created booth design and layout, arranged for promotions in conference materials, organized promotions (e.g., tweetups), giveaways, and contests, and conceived “Meet the Author” sessions.
