Execution,Client and sub-contractor billing and Supervision for Civil works of Infrastructural Facilities of 5 poor Settlement at Aganampudi,Duvvada and Madhurawada by JNNURM Package at Greater Visakhapatnam of Municipal corporation in M/s NCC LIMITED under consultancy of M/s Sheladia.

5. AUGUST 2005 TO APRIL 2007 (WORKED AS D.E.T)

Execution,Client and sub-contractor billing and Supervision for Civil works of Providing Sewerage System of Central Part of Visakhapatnam by JNNURM Package at Greater Visakhapatnam of Municipal corporation in M/s NCC LIMITED under consultancy of M/s Sheladia.

Project Value: $60 Million.

CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review of contract document.

Responsible for monthly running account bills preparation & Subcontractor bills checking.

Preparing the standard quantities and bar bending schedules (Substations, Roads, Bridges, Box Girder, Underpass structures tunnels, piles, buildings, deck slabs, tank foundations, and massive foundations) based on the BOQ.

Preparation and submission of variations and agreeing with clients and consultants.

Summarizing the site progress daily basis based on the execution team reports and monitoring with respect to the schedule.

Cement, steel and finishing items reconciliation & preparing standard quantities and bar bending schedules

Preparing the rate analysis for variation orders.

Preparation of job close out reports and analyzing with theoretical quantities vs actual quantities and preparation of AS-Built drawings.

Developing strong relationship with Client, subcontractor and team members.

Making monthly presentations on monthly billing, monthly budget and annual turnover.

Material procurement indenting of Construction material as well as bought out items based on the Drawings & contract.

Making MIS Reports like daily, weekly, monthly progress reports & attending progress review meetings.

Engineering coordination with Design team for releasing construction Drawings as per the schedule.

Continuous monitoring the team to follow proper permit system and HSE requirements for execution of the job.

Responsible for the KPI of the project and project team.

Execution and supervision of critical and priority civil works.

B.E. in Civil Engineering from Andhra University - 2011.

Diploma in Civil Engineering from State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh in the year 2005.

S.S.C. from Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh in the year 2002.
