Project details:

Continuous improvement:

Worked on CI project to reduce the receiving cycle time of invoices from vendor to local offices.

Vendors were taking long time to send invoices to local offices from the date of invoice. Local offices were also taking time to send physical copy of invoices to head office to scan it to us.I have collected the data from receiving cycle time from vendor to local offices and from local offices to Head office. After analyzing the date I found that vendor is taking long time to send invoices to local offices, but company was paying to vendor on time.

After going discussion with client we start paying vendor from the date of receiving of invoices at local office. We saved a lot to working of working capital of client.

Bench Reduction

When this process started I had 3 bench resources in my team, I started collecting data of each agent and did data analysis with the help of time and motion. After few months when I saw that process is stable then starts cross training each resources and start calculating when I can reduce by bench and take work from by billable FT with the help of cross training. Within 2 years I had reduced 3 bench resources and reduced cost of company.

BPMS project

Project with the following steps Building Process, Operation Excellence, finalizing input/output metrics, set up measurement system, setting up reporting structure, visual management standardization and continuous improvement. It’s all about manpower requirement, defining SLA’s and designing of process map.

Transitions made during the tenure:

On-site Experience:-

Have transitioned the current process from New York (USA) to Gurgaon (India).

It includes the preparations of end to end process documents and trainings to counter parts in

India. All the SOP’s got signed as per the agreed SLA and the Toll gates were closed before the expected time.

Exceptionally managed the team in New York and been awarded for clearance of final White board presentation for all the team members.

Off Sight Experience:-

Have merged an on-going process of the same segment into current process. It increased the head count under same reporting hierarchy.

Rewards and Recognition:

During the tenure promoted from Assistant Manager to Manger in 2013 (within 1.5 years)

Have been awarded with several process awards such as gold and silver carrying a monetary sum of 1 lakhs INR.

Also been nominated for client DIP (Direct Incentive Plan) for exceptional performance during the tenure amounting to 4 Lakh.
