Renovation and repair of apartment buildings and single family properties including:

Electrical - complete replacement of 20 circuit and 30 circuit load centers (circuit breaker panels), installation, repair or replacement of new circuits, recessed lights, outlets, switches, garbage disposals, dishwashers, ceiling fans, intercom systems, exhaust fans and associated wiring, breakers and boxes.

Plumbing - Installation of sump pumps, fixtures (kitchen and bath), new copper, DWV and CPVC pipe, valves and fittings

Carpentry - construction of interior partition walls including drywall (mud, sand, and finish), installation of base, casing and crown trim, concrete form work, window and door repair and/or replacement, cabinetry, shelving, closet construction and security device installation. Repair and replacement of exterior trim.

Painting - Painting of walls ceilings and trim, drywall patching and plaster crack repair. Preparation and painting of steel fire escape. Prep and painting of exterior trim.

Ceramic Tile - new Installation of kitchen backsplash and repairing of floor tiles and application of floor leveler.

HVAC - Repairs and maintenance of hot water boiler and associated pipes, pumps and controls. Radiator installation and angle and bleeder valve replacement. Remove and re-install gas fired furnace and cooling coil.

Masonry - Form and pour sump basins with liners. Pour floor leveler.

Appliances - Installation and repair of refrigerators, gas dryers and washing machines, dishwashers, stoves and disposals and window mounted air conditioners.

Administrative/Management – Prepare contract documents and scopes of work, sub- contractor supervision, quality control, material purchasing and transportation, renovation consultation (revision planning), draw floor plans for permit submission.
