Position: Procurement and Logistics Assistant Manager.

Procurement function

Periodically conduct dialogue, briefings and negotiation sessions on pricing/terms and conditions with suppliers/vendors. Update the prices in CRM procurement system.

Ensuring that items purchased locally and internationally are received on time and closing the POs in the system and submit the invoices to finance department for payment.

Ensuring that the Invoices from suppliers conform to items in the POs and as per product description.

Bring to the attention of the Director any supplier contracts up for review in good time and assist in the processes of renewal or cancellation of agreements.

Prepare a quarterly report to the Finance Manager providing a review of procurement activities and achievements

Operations Management.

Monitor equipment and accessories usage by sales team and technicians both within the company and at the sites

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with procurement, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products

Carry out pricing audits with product managers of (CISCO, AV, NETSOL, IT and SECURITY) products.
