Project Manager Consultant assigned to the Third Army at US Army Central (USARCENT) as their Certified PMP for all the G6 Programs, Policy & Projects Division. Developed, monitored, and tracked all USARCENT schedules using Microsoft Project and utilizing Waterfall/PMBOK-based methodology, while ensuring prioritization of consolidation efforts, coordination of the decommissioning activities, data center closures, and the migration of applications. Also used the Agile methodology on several projects. Created Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS). Monitored activities, scheduled migration applications, and consolidated a multitude of geographically dispersed data centers and servers into an enterprise-hosting environment. Managed Automated Installation Entry (AIE) system projects installed on Army installations. Performed full project lifecycle from requirements analysis through design, procurement, fabrication, installation, system integration, and test.
