Project Manager Consultant assigned to the Third Army at US Army Central (USARCENT) as their Certified PMP for all the G6 Programs, Policy & Projects Division. Developed, monitored, and tracked all USARCENT schedules using Microsoft Project and utilizing Waterfall/PMBOK-based methodology, while ensuring prioritization of consolidation efforts, coordination of the decommissioning activities, data center closures, and the migration of applications.
