Led the development and implementation of the Engineering Project Reporting and Tracking System, which monitored on a monthly basis annual capital expenditures of $12 million related to engineering projects in the Oakville manufacturing facility

Introduced and received approval to capitalize internal engineering hours related to capital projects which had a favorable impact to the 1998 operations of $600,000

Managed the implementation of a material efficiency reporting system. The system is capable of tracking the flow of material from a raw to finished state and monitors material losses throughout the production process
