Manage IT operations for five companies with annual revenues of over 350 million dollars.

* Responsible for planning, implementation, fiscal and maintenance of all voice/data networks and related hardware.

* Companies managed include an Anheuser–Busch Distributor, aftermarket industrial and marine seating company, a timberland management company, and two financial investment companies.

* Accomplishments include designing and managing three new corporate websites, implementation of new corporate wide accounting system (including Citrix access from remote offices), corporate office move (including a total upgrade of all systems as part of the move), and a sales automations system with all orders transmitted wirelessly from the field.

* Managed IT operations for a manufacturing division (The Wise Company) that is the largest manufacturer of marine and industrial seating in the US. The company has five manufacturing plants in the US and one in Mexico.

* Worked with management to implement Lean Manufacturing and to become ISO 9001 certified in US facilities.

* Managed the day-to-day operations of the Corporate IT Department (budgeting, vendor relations, project and time management, network security, informing corporate executive on IT technologies and the hiring and management of full- time and part-time staff). Provided complete IT services which included LAN/WAN systems on a national basis.
