Maintaining quality control by inspecting and signing off over the work being completed, and by answering any questions subcontractors might have pertaining to the project’s specifications.

Coming up with solutions for problems that occurred during projects.

Maintaining safety through inspections/meetings held daily or weekly was of huge importance to safely finishing the numerous projects I headed.

Coordinating the setups for every subcontractor so they were able to complete their portion of work within the specified timeframes allowing for the next contractor to start on time and keep the project on schedule.
