MACRO INDUSTRIES, INC. HUNTSVILLE, AL

Successfully managed MACRO’S Composite Manufacturing Team, Initiated research trials with various materials, methods, machines and environments maintain a stable work force and environment.

Managed all ARMOR scheduling and production activities for department of defense contracts for fixed and non-fixed wing aircraft (MI-17, UH58D, CAPS, C-130).

Maintained 100% on time deliveries with 0.4% non-conformance rate.

Responsibilities also included researching, locating, bidding and procuring necessary equipment for various projects, improving company operations and realized financial savings.

Produced cost savings by using former vendors and locating new vendors for surface plating, powder coat, metal cutting, machining and braking services. This resulted in 150K saving in manufacturing cost. (Received Bonus).
