OSS/Server Support Engineer.

• Holding the responsibility of providing 99% availability of all CDMA and GSM Network elements i.e. ALU,LUCENT,ZTE,HUAWEI,AXE.

• Relationship management with vendors(Oracle, Team Telecom International-TTI,ZTE,HUAWEI)

• Ensure uninterrupted centralized alarm monitoring and fault rectification of all network elements with netrac servers

provided by TTI Telecom (Sparc Sun-Fire-V890, E6900 Server).

• Handling all the maintenance and primary level analysis of any issues related to TTI NMS.

Like close monitoring, performance data missing, Alarm count issues, keeping track of SPC run for PMM.
