I am a graduate of Hotel and restaurant services and had previously worked as a senior hotel staff in the housekeeping department, a Room attendant specifically in one of the Best hotels here in Legazpi. Wherein I learned and acquired skills in dealing with guests and clients, attending to their needs, queries and dealing with their complaints. We also do up selling of rooms and amenities, thus I could say that I am experienced in client encounters, direct or indirect.

I am also excellent in the academe in my proper learning years being always one of the top students. I am also a writer, being the Editor in chief of my school paper was one of my high school duties. I also compete with editorial writing and feature writing contest in regional level. Lot of my friends and co workers are telling me that I am really good in print media, thus I always get projects that includes research and writing. Whether it is a school related piece or simply replying to emails of the company OIC.

My creativity in writing is what I always proud of, which brought me to places I never been, and I love word and writing pieces. It`s what I do best.

Also, I been able to attend a 100 hour call center training at southern Luzon technical institute, but because of some circumstances I have not given a certificate to show, but I could give you proofs that I really undergone that training.
