Summary

Being well versed in Continious Improvement Activities, PPAP procedures, Capability Studies, and APQP documentation with companies such as GM, Nissan, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Honda, Ford, Chrysler and GE allows me to hit the ground running. Being a people person helps maintain a good working relationship with all my customers and suppliers.
A track record of initiating successful corrective actions by use of 8D and following up with a 5Y, Fishbone, or a YY, establishing root-cause and permanent action. Teamwork is a vital part of everyday business. Experience in organizing and implementing Root Cause Analysis meetings, PFMEA Review Meetings, and Continuous Improvement Meetings has resulted in significant Continuous Improvement for my employer.
Excellent skills in MS Office software, various SPC software applications, computer operations and document creation/tracking have been of great value in performing in today’s Automotive Quality Engineering function.
Experience introducing, training, and maintaining operator generated charting on the floor and the training of operators and technicians on the correct operation of various metrology applications (calipers, micrometers, comparator, indicator gage fixtures) has resulted in teamwork and improved quality.
