Recommends the overall project plan, budget, tasks descriptions, work breakdown schedule, and deliverables.

Maintains liaison with customers on technical, management, and budgetary matters concerning specific aspects of the project.

Oversees the development of testing strategies, plans, or scenarios.

Analyzes functionality and integration capabilities for potential acquisition of COTS and/or other IT solutions.

Developed plan to transfer two new functions into the A6 directorate. The appropriate group and supervisor had to be chosen and then have the function integrate into their respective organizations.

Developed business case for leadership to show that consolations was not only proper reorganization, cost effective, but could be done without customer dissatisfaction.

Branch Chief responsible for managing day-to-day IT helpdesk support, Functional Application Support, Conference Development and Support, Electronic Document and Records Management, Software development and IT Equipment Management which was responsible for supporting 185 onsite personnel and personnel at 121 locations.

Developed IT Strategic Business Plan which integrated Air Force and Larger ANG IT goals, with Directorate requirement.

Developed and executed budgets of 2.5 million annually.

Exported Directorate electronic document management to support the NGB Technician Personnel Office to include all National Guard State Human Resource Offices.

Used Crystal Reports to create reported used in weekly management staff meeting to discuss closure rates.

Developed and implemented the IT portion of the Environment Division Strategic Plan.

Attended meetings, workshops, and conference to assist with the systems requirements documentation for the Air Force IT solution for the environmental requirements providing insight into the unique mission and manning of ANG units.

Developed and executed budget of 1.5 million annually.

Developed, implemented and managed the first fully electronic document management systems with the ANG, which was used to manage all ANG environment Documentation which consisted of over 10 million pages to meet the December 2001 requirement for an electronic document management system.

Converted Environmental network from Banyan to Windows NT and integrated this network into the ANG enterprise.
