Service & Repair: Adept at troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and all related components. Perform preventive maintenance, test electrical circuits and components.

Diagnostics: Diagnose problems by getting into the programming and figuring out what the problem is and fixing it. The program tells me what needs fixed and if it doesn’t tell me what needs fixed I manually look into the machines and back track the wiring to figure out the problem myself.

Programming: Getting into the programs on the machines that the bottles come out of and redoing wiring, and getting into the molds and replacing components that need replaced. I also get into the robots programming and fix the electrical problems and fix the eyes on the robot so that the robot can move how it is supposed to. I have knowledge in robotics. I know how to redo wiring on robots and how to make the robots move in the programming.

CNC: I run big heavy machines that need fixed often. I program the robot to speed up and move in the right direction. I also use math to solve some of the robots problems. I also know a lot about PLC. I know how to redo electric and how to fix wiring problems through out the machines.

Equipment Installation: Expertise in estimating, reading blueprints, and leading installation of heating, air conditioning, and refrigerant systems as well as electrical / mechanical controls. Comprehensive knowledge of welding, fabrication, and piping practices. Able to lift 50 lbs.

Customer Service: Outstanding commitment to quality and service. Adept at communicating with vendors, team members and customers to deliver excellent service, provide work order updates, and answer questions.
