Re: Position Opening – HR Supervisor
To Whom It May Concern:
Please find attached a copy of my resume for the position in your human resources area. I am very excited about the prospect of talking to you about the position, firmly believing my training and high level of accuracy in my work will meet the needs of your position.
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and have 3 classes left to complete my Masters in Human Resources Management, as well as 13 years experience in the HR field including 3 plus years of Management experience. I have a strong attention to detail, a good work ethic and good customer skills.
To be successful in my past positions, I have had to possess planning, organizational and time management skills to prioritize my work and meet deadlines. As well, working with a heavy workload, these competencies were key to my position including leading others and change management. On a daily basis I gathered and analyzed information to identify labor relations and staffing issues in a timely manner and had to ensure my communications skills were clear and concise both verbally and in written form. All of this was done while assisting clients and providing good customer service and coordinating with my team members. Some of the situations that I have dealt with include federal court case readiness, grievances at all levels, mediation, violence and discrimination in the workplace, and performance management to name a few. I am excited to discuss this opportunity with you.
General Salutations: Dear
Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Peggy Cowgill
