SVA Rikkon lubes is engaged in manufacturing automatic lubrication pumps, distributors and gears.

Roles and Responsibilities

Quality Control

Responsible for new supplier assessment & audits to assess the supplier’s processes and capabilities in stages of quality, cost, delivery, development & management system.

Prepare audit plan & perform audit for existing suppliers to verify they are continuing to follow approved practices and meet regulatory requirements to improve the supplier rating & monitor their performance.

Our product consists of Machining, casting, painting, powder coating, heat treatment process, Plating, our assessment procedure should be varies regarding their process of supplies.

Implementing 5S in organization.

Work directly with supplier for new product, making fixtures & templates. Analyze the risk and carry out the inspection in every stage & deliver the quality product on time.

Responsible for inspection of a component in final stage based upon the control plan & requirement of the customer.

Maintaining customer complaint register record & take the CAPA for both internal and customer end rejection using why- why analysis.

Preparing quality plan for in-process inspection.

Responsible for inspection of components in all the stages incoming, in-process and final, layout inspection knowledge in GD&T.

Approving first off and preparing pre-machining drawing.

Coordinating with quality manager for customer complaints and In-house quality problem & take a CAPA with 7QC Tools.

Monitoring all inspection and testing equipment to ensure current and valid calibration.

Preparing rejection analysis chart.

Production

Work and Resource planning on daily basis
