JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility of achieving the daily production plan.

Daily shift responsibilities- man power planning, material planning, first piece Check up, Red bin analysis.

Daily production meeting on the shop floor. With all my supervisor/engineer related to previous day problem and next day planning.

Member of cross-functional team for solving the problems related to manufacturing.

Maintain the all documents as per requirement of ISO/TS 16949-2009.

All Document to be update on daily basis and monthly basis.

Responsibility of To minimize the rejection & rework.

Rejection control and resolve daily production problem.

OEE productivity for shop floor.

Cycle time reduction of component.

Responsible for Quality of defect free products assembly line including Quality issues analysis.

Implementation of 5s, kaizen & continuous improvement related to cost, quality, safety, related processes.

Maintaining discipline & motivating operators. Responsibility.

Handling the shift production.

Splitting monthly production plan into weekly/ daily production plan.

Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports. Responsible for inventory control & insure the material(child part) according to model analysis
