INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION PROJECTS AT PRECON AUTOMATION AND SYSTEM PVT LTD:

1.SCADA:(Wonderware's Intouch)

-Counting the inputs/outputs from the chart for purchasing the SCADA system.

-To decide runtime or edit/runtime software for the projects.

-Development of tags for discrete input like switch/sensor/relay feedback.

-Development of tags for analog input like 4-20ma/0-10v/0-100mv for level/temperature/pressure.

-MIMIC development with animation linking tags with different devices.

-Real time trends for level/pressure/temperature indication.

-Historical trends for tags data logging.

-Process value based alarm indication for different devices of analog iput.

2.PLCs :-(Allenbradley(micrologix 1000,1100,1200,1500,slc 5/03),siemens(s7-200)).

-Reading the electrical input and counting the input/output for PLC.

-Bifurcation of analog/discrete inputs and outputs.

-Wiring of the push buttons from external power supply to PLC (sink mode/source mode).

-Ladder logic development for auto start/stop and time delay start/stop for packing machine.

-Timers /counters/maths programming instruction for controlling of different process.

3.ELECTRICAL:

-Selection of relays and push button for control circuits.

-Wiring of relays for DOL starters.

-Reading of single line diagram and power diagram of different motors.

-Wiring of STAR/DELTA control and power circuit.

4.VARIABLE FREQUENCY AC DRIVE(VFD):

-Control wiring for star/stop push button in the drive control terminal.

-Configuration of the drive for different application of motors.

-Configuration of preset speed through digital switch.

5.HMI(Panel view 300micro):

Creating application,downloading/uploading program,communication with PLC,HMI.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

-Bachelor of engineering in Instrumentation engineering from konkan gyanpeeth college of engineering (MUMBAI UNIVERSITY) 2013 With 70% in last year.

-HSC from RKT College, Ulhasnagar in 2008 with 65.33%.

-SSC from Aadarsh Vidya Mandir in 2006 with 80.47%.
