Project Description – The project involves managing supplier quality through a third party tool. This tool helps to track Material and Process non-conformances reported across different Cummins’ plants and provides a complete workflow to track the corrective actions requests and an effective real-time visibility within the plant on the related suppliers and their quality issues. The tool also helps to calculate Parts per Million (PPM) for each of the suppliers that helps the management to renew future contracts with the supplier.

Led the overall planning, implementing, tracking, and testing of a large-scale application deployment on 80+ sites globally across Cummins.

Managed client expectations including defining and establishing program deliverables and milestones, developing work plans, setting and controlling scope, Critical path planning and Risk management.

Participated in daily Scrum Meetings, Iteration planning and backlog grooming, identifying, prioritizing and delivering user stories, and conducting demos and perspectives.
