Clariion Health Checks: This initiative was taken by me individually for betterment of Health Checks. This needs an in depth knowledge of CLARiiON (hardware, software, layered applications, host integration, event monitoring, Solaris integration, CLARiiON management).Project was undertaken for to resolve and give an recommendations for the EMC CLARiiON customer’s issues regarding their CLARiiON boxes. Also it includes gathering all initial logs and reports from the CLARiiON boxes. Helping Solution Architects and Project Managers to support by providing them the initial troubleshooting reports and logs.

Clariion Performance Analysis: These initiatives was taken by me individually for analyzing the nar files extracted from the SAN CLARiiON boxes and determine their performance analysis. The project was firstly started for the region EMEA (Austria) and then expanded to North America (Commercial Customer).The Analysis consisted of drawing the graphical representation of nar files extraction and given performance recommendation based on parameters like SP Utilization, bandwidth,throughtput,dirty pages, forced flush and R/W cache.

PROJECT A: IMPLEMENTTION OF VERITAS NETBACKUP TECHNOLOGY

Project Description:

This project is to resolve the Glasshouse clients/ customer’s issues regarding their having VERITAS NETBACKUP v6.0.L2/L3 is primarily responsible for monitoring, implementing policies and maintaining the scheduled uptime for the servers. Incidents were raised if the job failures were monitored on the servers and then after troubleshooting the issues, they were assigned to onsite team for the manual replacements for software and hardware failures. Severities were defined identifying the nature of backups as HOT backups, COLD backups and Critical backups depending upon policy and scheduled type the groups were categorized. They were provided 100% uptime in their respective backup failures. Also maintained their HITACHI (HDS) 9980 servers and troubleshooted when problem occurred in the system.

Responsibilities:

Successfully implemented the backup VERITAS NETBACKUP applications for this client. CLUSTERING was also implemented with SUN and HP host servers.

Policies were defined and implemented as per as their schedule jobs.

Project Description:

This project is to resolve the Glasshouse clients/ customer’s issues regarding their TIVOLI STORAGE MANAGEMENT 5.4 Extended Edition technology servers remotely. L2/L3 is primarily responsible for monitoring, implementing POLICY MANAGEMENT and resolving the failures occurring on servers using ITIL PROBLEM MANAGEMENT technology standard on client servers and maintaining the scheduled uptime for the servers. Worked for TIM (Tivoli Identity Manager)/TAM (Tivoli Access Manager) and TFIM(Tivoli Federated Identity Manager.ITIL standards were maintained while developing these incidents were raised if the job failures were monitored on the servers and then after
