Studio Operations Supervisor

I performance managed and trained a staff of 25 robotic, jib and Steadicam operators for the CNN Networks in Atlanta. I also coordinated the scheduling of control rooms, studios, staff and equipment for both in studio and field productions for the 4 Atlanta based CNN Networks. I was a lead operations contact for the HLN Network editorial teams and coordinated control room and studio upgrades with our engineering department.

I also was in charge of managing the installation and implementation of Control Room equipment and software for the network and the training of the technical and editorial staff in its use. I was the liaison between the technical operations and editorial staff to communicate technical information to the newsroom staff and working closely with both the engineering and graphics departments to maintain control room equipment and the graphic look and sound of the network.
