MANAGER / FACILITIES Tampa Electric Company.

Interacted with Department heads to developed department capital and maintenance budgets.

Responsible for maintenance and replacement for all roofs in the service area.

Negotiated professional services, contractors, and vender and supplier contracts.

Supervised in-house union maintenance staff of 10 journeymen and 5 helpers.

I supervised the replacement of 65 underground fuel storage tanks, 500 to 10,000 gallon in 3 Counties. I Spearheaded clean-up and restoration, Super Fund Guidelines. I was a PM on an in house project team overseeing the construction of TECO Plaza, Corporate Headquarters, TECO Energy Control Center, and TECO Data Center, Each project +/- $23 mil. in construction cost. PM on capital and maintenance projects in 3 county service areas.
