As Logistics Supervisor, I managed the loader operators and utility operators. I was responsible for monitoring tank levels through use of PI. Through monitoring, I had to notify the units what products were needed to be produced on a daily basis. I scheduled all work shifts, overtime, and vacation and approved time sheets for accuracy. I scheduled incoming barges for loading and offloading of sulfuric acid. I monitored the filling of orders of railcars of fresh sulfuric acid, scheduled incoming and outgoing railcars. I was responsible for the training of self-loading tank truck drivers needing site qualification. I was a member of the Emergency Response Team where I received my Emergency Medical Responder through the state and trained at LSU-FETI Fire School.

As the shipping manager, I was responsible for a crew of operators who load and offload material and I handle
all personnel issues for my team. I was also responsible for all logistics, scheduling, bidding and verifying freight
rates. I worked closely with project management teams and other sites to ensure proper and timely shipments.
I was also the Director of Emergency Response Team. I headed up the start of our Emergency Response Team
with help from our Safety Department. The team has grown to 12 members. I received certified training on First
Aid, CPR & AED. I was responsible for heading up any emergencies that had taken place at our facility, from minor first
aid cases to facility shut down for any possible emergencies.

As the Shipping Manager, I oversaw a crew of forklift operators, all logistics, inventory control and all incoming
and outgoing freight.
I was also responsible for the scheduling of flatbeds and box carriers.
I handled all hiring for the shipping department as well as used customer service skills by building a clientèle with
vendors, drivers, carriers and customers. I was also a member of the Safety Team and certified in First Aid/CPR.
MRO/OMS Escalations Specialist

I was chosen as one of the elite CSR's and was asked to join the Escalations Department. The primary
responsibilities included, handling HD.com consumer calls that had been escalated due to order errors, creating
and maintaining a daily spread sheet which display customer/order resolutions, and fulfilling credit issues
requested by various sources. Other duties included corresponding via email with customers, as well as legal
entities. Brainstorm with team members to formulate tactics proven to be cost and time efficient which will
prevent further errors.
I was also approached about helping with the initial launch of 10 Crescent Lane, a new division of Home Depot
Direct.Duties included extensive research of Vendor's history and product knowledge. I was trained on four new computer
systems, Kana Email, Cybersource and AS400.
