Maintenance and repair of gas and air compressor in oil operation and production.

Do preventive maintenance of cooper Bessemer and Ingersoll rand compressor such as compressor valves and lubrication inspections.

Renewed and design oil, gas, air and water line for better and easy maintenance during shut down operations.

Over hauled water pump, hydraulic pump and motor leaking during operation, shut down such equipment, and put on service after completion of said job.

Do coupling alignment motor pumps and turbine after over hauled using dial indicator (Universal Dial).

Repair water, hydraulic motor and oil pump mechanical seal when leaked.

Repair broken coupling and do alignment as per drawing.

Repair cooler leaked on inter-stage cooler and plug broken tube (change the whole unit when leaked or broken tube is 25%)

Do overhauled on air compressor on site when shutdown and prepared all materials needed on the unit.

Do third stage valve inspection every three months and monitor inter-stage pressure as well the temperature to keep the unit running at all times.

Assist overhauled crew and prepare materials needed one day ahead before overhauling.

Do the test run of the unit after overhauling and run for 24 hours underload.

Fabricate and machine rotor shafts.

Machine all bearing journals with tolerance accurately.

Re-sleeve or metalize end bell bearing housing and shafts.

Machine the flatness of the EOOT Motor body as per quality assurance of the electrical shop.

Balance the rotor with or without fan coupling to prevent its vibration.
