COMPETENCIES
Prepares HSE orientations, safety training, and job site inspection procedures. Directs or assists in the development of specialized education and training materials.
Performs construction/drilling site and/or area HSE inspections of department facilities and operations.
Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.
Monitor and compile site HSE statistical report, HSE weekly and other reports, generation of both routine and ad-hoc HSE reports
Actively participate in the promotion of HSE policies, plans and programs
Responsibility to handle for all permits to work.
Perform preliminary incident advice and perform incident investigation.
Provide safety alert as per safety issues occured on job site.

Providing emergency medical services to all offshore personnel including immediate treatment, stabilization, and evacuation to a medical facility for further treatment.
Providing primary care services to offshore personnel including diagnosis, basic investigation, as available and treatment as required.
Assisting in the implementation and administration of occupational health services offshore including hazard identification, assessment and evaluation of risk and control of effect.
Assisting in administering and implementing the company’s wellness program offshore including assessment and control of risk factors, employee assistance and counseling.
Providing medical orientation to new employees, conducting First Aid, CPR and AED training to all employees and contractors.
Conducting food safety and hygiene inspection on offshore installation and boats and suggesting ways to improve the same. Conducting facility inspection to evaluate site medical threats associated with such things as drinking water, living conditions, animal/insect threats and sanitary conditions as give appropriate advice.
Maintaining stock and inventory of medicines and medical equipment and disposables and ensuring medical equipment is maintained appropriately.
Maintaining records of offshore medical activities and generating utilization reports.
