Description: The project included processing of well fluid with given Gas- Oil Ratio, by simulating a sequence of well fluid heating, separation & flashing to obtain an oil of optimum reid vapor pressure, using Aspen HYSYS. Performed sizing of pipes, separators, pump & hydraulics and relief valves calculations. Prepared Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Heat & Mass Balance Sheets
