Expertise on the following Oracle HRMS modules. Human Resource Management System (HRMS) of Oracle Applications including Oracle Human Resources(HR), Oracle Payroll and Oracle Self Service Human Resources(SSHR).

Setup all organizations, locations, elements, element links, costing, job titles, payrolls, bank details, cost centers, worker’s compensation codes/rates, Global Values, Application Utility Lookups, Security Profiles and reports within the Oracle HRMS module for all applicable localizations, Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, Special Information Types, Security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets and menus under the System Administrator responsibility.

Set-up employee self-service to for updating employee personal data on-line. Customized management self-service for viewing and updating multiple employee status data. Performed set-up on on-line position management for overseeing the entire hiring process from posting to interviewing to hiring.

Assist Functional team in Business Requirement Specification for HR and Payroll.
