MINI PROJECT: “AUTOMATIC RAIN OPERATED WIPER”

DESCRIPTION: This project is mainly used in automobiles (Four Wheeler) application. Conductive Sensor (Touch) is fixed in glass frame. And during the fall of rain droplets the sensor gives signal to the WIPER which turns on AUTOMATICALLY.

MAIN PROJECT : “CONVERSION OF WASTE HEAT INTO ELECTRICITY USING THERMO ELECTRIC GENERATOR”

DESCRIPTION: The main aim is to produce electricity from exhaust heat of generator using Thermoelectric Module by the principle of SEEBECK EFFECT.

Over all Responsibilities, (Skills).

Visual inspection for Test Specimen Surface

Execution and carrying out the inspections by referring various

International codes, standards and specifications.

Following Quality Plan as per code/customer requirements.

NDT Examination activities and Perform visual inspection welding.

For Ultrasonic Testing

Creating a scanning technique sheet according to a procedure and accessibility

Certification of Calibration or Reference Block

Calibrating a test equipment according to ASME Sec V

Scanning a Weld or Raw material according to technique sheet

Ultrasonic testing on Critical Weld Joints ( T,K&Y)

Marking a repair and Rectification

RT Depth finding Using UT

Assist with Client in Repair removal Procedure

After Removal of repair doing inspection

Releasing the Product for other test after the successful completion of NDT

Raising the request for inspection (RFI) to the client for witnessing all stage wise inspections.
