Milliman Care Guidelines provides clinical guidance to the client in heath network. These guidelines help providers to provide effective care. My team was responsible for receiving raw data based on the researches done by the clinical team and update the system with this new information on ongoing basis. This raw data needs to be analyzed, modified, tested and systematically categorized before the systems are updated. My team was also responsible to partner with other product teams in the company and making sure that their data requirements are met. This system was built for the client to hand its candidate hiring process. This application was generic enough to be used by any consulting company that gets lots of applications and does lots of interviews.
This application has a web interface. Candidates could fill in their details and upload their resumes online. Alternately, office staff could upload the candidate’s information that was received through e-mails.
Once the e-mail is in the system, the system tokenizes the resumes and tries to extract keywords. Later on these keywords are used to get in touch with candidates that meet particular requirement. The system is capable of handing the entire interview process and provides interviewer ability to add their interview feedback.
