An integrated workflow-based system for intelligently managing the entire Service Activation process was provided where scanning of the Customer Application Forms and Customer Identity Documents routing of the document to Audit teams for Audit and Verification, Data Entry for capturing Customer Information details, Updating of Customer Information into a centralized application was done.
