Motivator (Employee incentive System)

Motivator Application is a Sales Incentive Reporting and Payment System for the Retail Branch sales force of SunTrust Banks. Motivator application is used by Sun Trust to measure Sales/Performance at an individual/enterprise level and manage incentives accordingly.

The Information and Analytics Foundation Program (IAF) is comprised of two major components namely

Application Development and Maintenance,(ADM)
