Senior Program Project Manager
Program Manager of multiple strategic projects within Life & Retirement business segment. Developed roadmap, engaged stakeholders, determined resourcing requirements, engaged vendors and developed high level project plans. Projects included data migration to SAP CIS system, server consolidation, PCI/HIPPA compliance and enterprise application integration using IBM DataPower. Project Manager on integration and server consolidation projects.
Led IT Security, Controls and Risk assessment for core applications supporting Life & Retirement business segment. Assessment covered access management, identity recognition, IT/ business alignment, and PCI and HIPAA data security. Evaluated IT’s design of controls, collected evidence of control design, and evaluated how effectively each control was actually being followed relative to stated Policies and Procedures. Turned around troubled Oracle R12 Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Discrete Manufacturing (MES) project by implementing “by the book” PMBOK processes. Steps taken:
