1.Channel B2B projects enable channel customer specific features in B2B applications which help retire current non IT supported solution, increase partner adoption, increase productivity of Sales Ops Team, streamline of Dell & Partner processes, penetrate largest VAR Partners, reduce offline quoting, on board of more Partners via B2B and maintain parity with industry standards (UPC/EAN code) for ease of transactions. Auto Catalog project is a critical project for Channel customers as it provides:

Single and Simplified catalog with Original and Delta catalog management

Scheduling of date and time of catalog publish and setup the Configuration types to be sent

Internal and external emails for success and failure

Real time inventory and lead time information

Auto CRT update with Buyer part number

2.Premier Plus B2B projects allows Dell Premier Connect (B2B) customers to perform punch-out and order requisition (Supplier Hosted), Buyer hosted catalog (Buyer Hosted) publishing and Catalog Interchange Format (CIF) catalog creation. Also this platform supports Electronic Purchase Order processing for CXML, CBL1 and CBL3 protocols for B2B Quotes, equotes, DOMS quotes, as well as BHC and CIF quotes. This will allow seamless transition of existing B2B customers perform more than 2 million transactions amounting to about $3.6 billion annually, to the new platform with enriched customer experience, frequent deployments with better stability and performance.

Highlights :

- Acted as a Scrum Master for feature team up to 15 team members

- Defined the MMP/ Minimum Marketable Product features and deployed on time

- MMP Release planning - 6 releases / 12 Sprints (April to September )

- As an SME, provided inputs/responses to business/engineering teams as required
