●Project: Transition Manufacturing of Hubs & Pistons from one Cell to one Machine
Work with Manufacturing Engineer to create Process Design to perform all processes on single machine using NX
Fixture design inexpensive, reliable and easy to machine fixturing due to time constraint (jaws, locators, lifting devices)
Work with Tooling supplier to procure cost-effective and efficient tools
