Customer Account Management

● Sole owner of entire MPT3000 Micron Boise project and with Sales Account managers under a limited amount of personnel, all the while increasing product revenue by $3 million in 28 months for Advantest America, Inc.

Product Development

● Managed Advantest America’s Micron Boise client in regard to development and testing of Micron’s 9100 and 7100 NVMe PCIe SSD drives and by end of project helped bring about Micron’s 9200 SSD w/NVMe drives (U.2, HH/HL) which used Micron’s 32-layer 3D TLC NAND flash and a new generation of Microsemi SSD controllers.

● Assisted Silicon Motion with development and testing of Intel’s embedded storage and SSD controller solutions designed for high performance, low-power semiconductor solutions for multimedia consumer electronics and embedded applications.

● Supported development of concise and complete verification with validation strategies which efficiently generated bodies of objective evidence confirming product requirements compliance and the global regulatory submission strategy. Ensured all test anomalies/deviations were investigated, cause-determined, impact assessed, plan of action defined, and resolution is verified.

General Management

Turnarounds

● Took over Advantest America’s MPT3000 business unit that was long on potential and in need of continued performance with a mandate to increase profit and grow. Improved leadership and built strategic partnerships. Helped grow purchased environmental chamber (ENV) testing units from an installed base amount 11 to 20 units in Micron Boise location for a total of $2.07 million and increase High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) testing units from an installed base of 32 units to 80 units in Micron Singapore for a total of $120 million in a 2.5year period.
