OTR is One Touch Response is India’s 1st On Demand Safety & Assistance Service, which provides a Quick Response and Immediate Assistance Service to its customers, whenever they are faced with any real life situation involving Personal Safety. Our Mobile App automatically tracks your location and connects you to the OTR Command & Control Centre, while simultaneously sending out an system alert with your location coordinates to the nearest OTR Immediate Assistance Team.

Achievements & KRA’s in brief:-
In OTR I am handling all the Ground operations and to make all the Operations team of 150 IATs (Immediate Assistance Team) functioning smooth.
Rotation of IATs at all 3 zone (Delhi,Noida & Gurgaon) is my responsibility.
I Not only prepared Route plan chart but also set a plan of extending the IATs double strengthen double and covering more areas without increasing cost.
To minimize the respond time Single file formation with patrolling route was been planned and successfully launched in company.
I am responsible for recruitment procedure, In house training procedure, Night /Special check procedure, OJT management and deployment of individuals as well.
The QRTs route Plan and checking procedure is also my responsibility
Monthly MIS, attendance, leave management, and weekly/Monthly reviews are my responsibilities.
In OTR I introduce/amend almost all Operational procedures as Single men formation, Route plan chart,Inter-change Procedure, Handing taking charges Procedures, Patrolling procedures, Reporting Procedures etc.
To Plan the special events and gave all related instructions to C3 (Command & Control Center).
If any case of Late response/failure of event I am responsible to analysis the recording, timing and response of IAT/C3 and briefs the teams according and submit the report to management.
In G4S I was selected for the Golf link Branch VIP area in which almost UN office area and residence of VIP’s were include (as-UNICEF,UNDP,WHO,EEC,Danish Embassy, World Bank,WSP,UN AIDS,ICRC etc)
For the launch of Beat Patrol concept We three managers Mr.N.S.Negi (Senior VP as In charge of the Project, Mr.Rohit Ranjan as Sales Manager and Myself (Sr.Opps Manager For Pan India Operations
Within 3 years we not only fulfils our target given by CEO Mr. David I Hudson but make the double profit of given target and we were been selected as Best Performers Project by CEO
In Beat Patrol I got lots of appreciation letters from not only G4S as well from the clients.
As Zonal Inspector in Golf Link I have handled more than 90 Clients and manpower of 450 for more than 5 years. I got Best Zonal Inspector Certificate along with G4S watch for this achievement
I was in the team of Executive PSO under Col. Anthony Abhram (Sr.VP Events, HO) and not only perform individual duties with lots of VIPs and delegations but also various events of Pragati maidain defense expo, Auo expo and various AGM’s.
We seven candidates from Pan India were selected through 3 written and 4 Interviews with higher management of HO for GMSP course. All were rewarded with Single Post Promotion and 15% Increment in Salary.
I was the only candidate who was selected for above two courses & was announced as Best Student of both courses (Announced by Mrs. Indu Wadhwa (Senior V.P.H.R. (National).
I was the only person who have performed more than 65 Night Checks PA for Years.I was appreciated by CEO Mr. HarshVardhan through Mail for that
In EHSL I am responsible for Internal Audits & Quality Control and the confidential report deposited to MD itself.
I am handling Security Survey not for new contact but also to the assignments on Clients demand. As Delhi University (South Campus),NHI(National Heart of Institute), Hafed, Jamia-Hamadard University, IIT Ropar, SLIET ( Longowal, Punjab),Sugar Mills of UP(Various Locations etc And almost we not only was appreciated for those reports but also we were awarded at most of Sites
I along CRO Mr. Awinash in July 2012,establish the only Recruit &Training Center in Jhansi for the schedule tribes with capacity of 200 Gds per month accommodation and Train inning with help of Training Staff .Its a government project of 8,00,000,00(Eight Crore) Rs. Its first time and a big achievement with lots of profits to company
Here I am responsible for Special Events and AGMs. which is the most profitable project
I am responsible to schedule up of Night Checks in operations and resolve if there is any problem at Night. Compile report of NC is to be mail on weekly basis to MD along with advices and action taken report. Within 2 Years our patrolling process and Alertness in Night is up to a satisfaction level and lots of penalties has been reduced because of this procedure and my Supervision
Within two years of joining EHSL this company not only grown up with the increased business of 20% but also Quality and new process and Code of Conducts were introduced which were advised by my Team in operations.
Here I am not only responsible for major operations of North India but also maintaining relations of top Clients. We got more than 10 good contacts with reference which clients gave us because of his satisfaction and our relation with him.
My team is most active part of Out standings & Collection. We have collected more than 70 Lakhs of Dead money for which I was been appreciated by MD and rewarded with increment of 5% of my salary and 5% cash bonus last year.
If need we also help in preparing Site & Post Instructions. Within Delhi today there is not a single post where we are without Site & Post Instruction, which is MUST to run operations in any Security company
