Works with the AT&T PM to integrate the IBM scope into the overall IBM ADM Project Plan.

• Works with the Supplier Project Manager and IBM 1st and 2nd Line Managers to coordinate schedules, track the status of dependencies, and resolve issues and problems. Initiates escalation if necessary.
• Seeks DMA approval from their 1st Line Manager for project level dependencies as required in the Dependency Management Process

LBG Diamond is enhancement & migration. The project is about merger of Lloyds TSB with Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS).The integration program is a 3 year program with 8 different releases based on different functional areas in the Bank. There are 5 Service providers working with both the banks to enhance the applications and Merge the data of two banks. IBM Performed the Due Diligence for the Integration with analysis of all source and target applications in both banks and looking at the features available in applications.
IBM is also involved in the Integration of the Banks from overall Governance of the Integration and participating in areas like Data Transformation, Business Process enhancement, providing overall Integration Architect, Design and other technical support related to tools used in Migration.
