My name is Joy and I am interested in becoming a member of the team. I'm an
energetic worker and team player with strong time management skills. I have
a lot of experience and training in the customer service field. I have
gained a lot of knowledge, learned to be open minded and always allow room
for growth in this field. I'm an energetic hard worker with strong time
management skills. I am an experienced Customer Service Manager with all
requirements meet to hire, train, coach, and work from home and develop the
process of Call Center Representation. I provide exceptional customer
service through active listening and problem solving with co-workers and
clients. As a Customer Service Manager I have more than 10 years of
professional call center experience, customer service and leadership
experience. I go over and beyond to provide efficient customer support to
all clients and co-workers. I have exceptional computer aptitude and great
telephone etiquette and personality while engaging in conversation with
others.
Calling experience: I have worked for a variety of campaigns as a call
center agent and home based agent. I have worked for campaigns such as
Bright House Networks (digital phone service), Comcast Communications
(cable, telephone & internet service), Time Warner Cable (cable, telephone
& internet service), Pro Flower’s (took orders), Who’s Who (world wide
networking memberships), Pitney Bowes, EarthLink (internet service), KGB,
Barnes & Noble’s, Vibrant White, Nation Wide Insurance, Clear Wire
(telephone service), Time Share Reservations, a host of election campaigns
(Governor and Senators) and more. Some of those campaigns consist of a lot
of cold calling, follow ups, email support, warm leads, sales, appointment
setting, etc. The calls and/or service were for commercial and/or
residential use.
I feel that I am a good candidate due to the fact that I am an
experienced Customer Service Agent and Manager with all requirements meet
to work as an agent, to hire, train, coach, and work from home with the
knowledge of the process of Call Center Representation. I provide
exceptional customer service through active listening and problem solving
with customers, clients and co-workers. As a Customer Service Agent I have
more than 8 years of professional call center experience, customer service
and leadership experience. I'm an energetic worker with strong time
management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment or easily adapt
to being a home based agent. I will always go over and beyond to provide
efficient customer service and support regardless of the situation with
each and every customer/client. I also have exceptional computer aptitude
and great telephone etiquette and personality while engaging in
conversation with others. I’m trainable, productive, coachable and able to
accept constructive criticism to better myself as an agent.
