Research Focus on biomolecular characterization by biotechnology: conducted a series of experiments to test dynamic of oligonucleotide self-assembly on gold surface by various analytical instruments and improved 37% target protein binding.

Measured several concentrations of oligonucleotide after purification by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.

Monitored the amplification of target oligonucleotides by real time PCR and isolated the fluorescent oligonucleotides by SDS-PAGE.
