At Millennium

Worked closely with maintenance technicians and tool room personnel on problem solving solutions to reduce downtime and scrap. Improved line efficiencies by 25% using standard operation techniques which included minimized walk times, mutual help methods and synchronizing operator cycle times.

Organized and issued RFQ’s for new tooling and capital equipment budgets, reducing capital budgets by $250,000 utilizing existing equipment.

Updated and purchased perishable tooling and crib stock items.

Setup and trouble shot of plasma welding, induction braze, mass spectrometer leak testing, pressure decay leak testing, and copper paste brazing techniques.
