World Vision Canada Mississauga (Senior BI Developer/Report Analyst) April 2015 – Till Date

World Vision is a charity organization that focuses on underprivileged children predominantly in the third world countries.

This project was developed for installing cognos, migrating reports from analytics to cognos (BI 1.0) and integrating TM1 cubes with cognos cubes (BI 2.0). In parallel to this, new reports and dashboards were created to providing the information for key business areas. Microsoft SSIS was used for the extraction, transformations and loading of the various data to the centralized warehouse, MSSQL as the database and Cognos 10.2 for creating and managing reports.

Other Duties include:

Worked on Cognos 10.2 (From requirement gathering to deployment), MSSQL Data warehouse, Framework Manager, and JavaScript. Also led a team of 3 for executing reports as well as working on ADHOC reports, Technical Design and High Level Stakeholder Management.

Developed various List Reports, Grouped Reports, Cross tab Reports, Chart Reports, Drill-Down and Drill-Through Reports.

Migrated reports from Analytics to Cognos 10.2.

Developed models in framework manager

Automated daily sales reporting process by migrating 50+ reports from a manual process in Analytics to a more robust streamlined and secured Report net platform.

LLTC is a Business intelligence consultancy firm. Developed reports for different sectors including: Ministries, Manufacturing, Health, Banking and Financial. Also developed models, performed business analysis and developed reports (Including dashboards and scorecards). Projects worked on include: Call center performance reports, End of year reports, Credit Information Systems: This reporting system developed for a major financial company, to keep track of customers and their credit information.
